Maintenance Foreman
Position Overview:
The Maintenance Foreman is experienced in landscaping and is able to work under minimal supervision. The position works as a member of the team and will lead and supervise a crew of 1-4 team members. Crew tasks include weekly mowing visits, edging, pruning/trimming, mulching, spring and fall cleanups, etc. The Maintenance Foreman ensures that team members from R&B Landscaping safely and efficiently provides an exceptional landscaping service that exceeds customers’ expectations every step of the way.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Working with the project manager to ensure that all maintenance properties are serviced in a safe and efficient manner
- Management of maintenance crew; instruct, evaluate, train employees
- Lead by example, encourage teamwork
- Maintain accurate and timely records at each jobsite
- Problem solve in the field as needed
- Establish good relations and communication with customers, vendors, and team
- Monitors all tools, equipment, and machinery for needed maintenance
- Communicate with management daily any concerns/problems that arise in the field
- Quality control on all work completed
- CARE & pride in work!
Skills & Qualifications:
- Demonstrated leadership abilities by effectively utilizing work crews to accomplish objectives
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus
- Is organized and able to set priorities
- Resourcefulness, flexibility, and the ability to work independently to complete work in a professional and high quality manner
- Foster teamwork: work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Experience in driving trucks and towing trailers / heavy machinery
- Proficient in operating various landscaping tools/equipment (lawn mowers, backpack blowers, weed whackers, etc.)
- Experience in snow plowing
- Dedication, positive attitude, & strong work ethic!
Landscape Foreman

The Landscape Foreman is experienced in landscaping and is able to work under minimal supervision. The position works as a member of the team and will lead and supervise a crew of 1-4 team members. Crew tasks may include site work, plantings, lawns, and hardscaping. The landscape foreman ensures that team members from R&B Landscaping safely and efficiently provides an exceptional landscaping service that exceeds customers’ expectations every step of the way.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Working with the project manager to implement and manage landscape projects from beginning to end
- Management of landscape crew; instruct, evaluate, train employees
- Lead by example, encourage teamwork
- Manage hours on site to stay on budget; Maintain accurate and timely records at each jobsite
- Problem solve in the field as needed
- Establish good relations and communication with customers, vendors, and team
- Monitors all tools, equipment, and machinery for needed maintenance
- Communicate with management daily any concerns/problems that arise in the field

Maintenance Technician
Position Overview:
The Maintenance Technician is skilled in landscaping and will aid in the weekly maintenance of residential and commercial properties. The Landscape Technician is responsible for safely and efficiently providing an exceptional landscaping service that exceeds customers’ expectations every step of the way.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Working with the maintenance foreman and team members to assist with completion of landscape projects beginning to end
- Communicate with foreman daily any concerns/problems that arise in the field
- Quality control on all work completed

- Embraces teamwork: work cooperatively and effectively with others to complete goals in an efficient manner

- Knowledge in operating various landscaping tools/equipment (lawn mowers, blowers, weed whackers, etc.)
- Dedication, positive attitude, & strong work ethic!
